It consists of an framed circle, 25 mm in diameter, reading REGISTERED round the top, BRISBANE round the foot with shorter letters than before (2.5 mm high); right across the centre, in one line, are the time, day, month and year in two digits (Campbell type 7). Examples are most common in blue, then black. Also known in red from 1913.
